Good morning! Here’s your Monday edition of Asia AI News! It certainly feels like a brand new week. No nail biting US Election 2020 results. And no anticipated $37 billion Ant Group IPO. So, some funding news. NLP and AI emotional computing startup Emotibot raised about $30 million in its Series C round. Meanwhile, US-blacklisted Yitu Technology filed for an IPO on Shanghai Stock Exchange last week. As you might expect, media have already begun sharing analysis and comment on the prospect of Biden’s presidency on Asia-US relations and, of course, China-US relations. Although, apart from predicting a more consistent and strategic approach than we’ve seen from the Trump Administration, there’s not that much insight to share. Have a great week ahead! /Carrington
