India’s technology industry is waiting in anticipation for the country’s next annual budget announcement. The Union Budget 2021 will be presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 1st.
For the first time in history, the Indian economy is in technical recession with two quarters of contraction. Meanwhile, India has high hopes for its tech, information services and and outsourcing sector role in creating a $5 trillion economy.
